As Realtors, we meet many people that are interested in renting their home. However, the hassle of collecting rent, answering repair calls, and dealing with tenants, deters people from being a landlord. We’ve owned real estate investments for many years and developed a core group of service providers to maintain our properties. The needs of our real estate clients and our experience as investment owners merged to create RentMyVaHome.com LLC. 

Jim Downs, Property Manager, has been a real estate investor since 1994. Jim manages tenant inquiries, rent collections, schedules repairs, and landlord communications. Jim is a Realtor and Broker Owner of RE/MAX Home Realty and a Public Notary.
